When Will I Receive My Order? Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses, and we aim to process your order as quickly as possible! Due to high demand, please allow an estimated 5–10 days for your order to arrive.
Can I Track My Order? Yes, you will receive an AWB number (within 1–2 days) once you place your order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page using the AWB number. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, feel free to email or DM us.
Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages? If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on backorder, we may ship your items separately to avoid delays and get them to you as quickly as possible.
What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail? All orders are shipped with insurance. If your order gets stuck, sent back, or lost during delivery, we apologize for the inconvenience. As the postal service is beyond our control, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking if possible.
